The Rev. Paul L. Minor, DMin. 617-484-2228, Revminor@aol.com
Cheryl and Paul Minor have served as our Co-Rectors since September, 1997. Together they provide the pastoral leadership for our community, preaching, leading liturgy, teaching, and more!
Cheryl's special area of expertise is children's formation, and she has been instrumental in establishing a Godly Play program at All Saints' that is considered a Center of Excellence both regionally and nationally. Cheryl has a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her thesis was a quasi-experiment testing the impact of Godly Play on the spiritual well-being of children. In addition to her work at All Saints', Cheryl is the Director of the Center for the Theology of Childhood at the Godly Play Foundation where she oversees research, curriculum development, and publications for the Foundation.
Paul is a pastor and liturgist at heart, as well as a wonderful teacher. His chief responsibilities at All Saints' are to plan our worship and to lead adult education offerings. In addition to his MDiv., Paul has a Masters in Psychology and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Theology. In addition to his work at All Saints', Paul serves as the full-time Senior Chaplain in the Massachusetts Army National Guard where he has achieved the rank of Colonel. In this role he oversees the religious support and pastoral care (with a network of part-time chaplains and religious affairs specialists) for soldiers and their families throughout the Commonwealth.
Cheryl and Paul have two children. Their daughter, Rachel-Anne lives in London and is a choral conductor.. Their son, John Thomas, lives locally and is a classical percussionist. He attends All Saints' where he serves as a Godly Play mentor.
Our Co-Rectors are part of a group of Communion Partner Rectors. As part of that group they affirm and adhere to the teaching of Lambeth Resolution 1.10 , affirm and accept the recommendations of the Windsor Report, and endorse the Anglican Communion Covenant.

Stories from our Community
"What I enjoy most about All Saints' is the connection with the other members of our congregation - the feeling of care and support from them. Coming a close second is the worship service. It takes coming into God's presence seriously."
