The Rev. Paul L. Minor, DMin. 617-484-2228, Revminor@aol.com
Cheryl and Paul Minor have served as our Co-Rectors since September, 1997. Together they provide the pastoral leadership for our community, preaching, leading liturgy, teaching, and more!
Cheryl's special area of expertise is children's formation, and she has been instrumental in establishing a Godly Play program at All Saints' that is considered a Center of Excellence both regionally and nationally. Cheryl has a Ph.D. in Psychology. Her thesis was a quasi-experiment testing the impact of Godly Play on the spiritual well-being of children. In addition to her work at All Saints', Cheryl is the Director of the Center for the Theology of Childhood at the Godly Play Foundation where she oversees research, curriculum development, and publications for the Foundation.
Paul is a pastor and liturgist at heart, as well as a wonderful teacher. His chief responsibilities at All Saints' are to plan our worship and to lead adult education offerings. In addition to his MDiv., Paul has a Masters in Psychology and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Theology. In addition to his work at All Saints', Paul serves as the sole full time chaplain in the Massachusetts Army National Guard where he has achieved the rank of Colonel. In this role he oversees the religious support and pastoral care (with a network of part-time chaplains and chaplain assistants) for soldiers and their families throughout the Commonwealth.
Cheryl and Paul have two children. Their daughter, Rachel-Anne is a graduate of Gordon College. She is currently pursuing graduate studies at Cambridge University in the UK. Their son, John Thomas, is a graduate of Oberlin Conservatory of Music and is currently working on a Masters degree at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
Our Co-Rectors are part of a growing group of Communion Partner Rectors. As part of that group they affirm and adhere to the teaching of Lambeth Resolution 1.10 , affirm and accept the recommendations of the Windsor Report, and endorse the Anglican Communion Covenant.

Stories from our Community
"I felt drawn to All Saints'. On the first day I attended, Paul [one of the Co-Rectors] greeted the congregation with a statement about his love for Jesus and described waking up early to spend some quiet time with Him. I was immediately touched by Paul's sincere faith and his open sharing of his personal religious experiences. I felt embraced and held by the quiet beauty of the church. I left All Saints' that morning feeling a sense of excitement. I knew I had discovered a church where real spiritual support is present. I sensed a dynamic quality at All Saints' - interesting, innovative programs in place with the openness for others in the future. I felt hopeful that I had found a church where I could settle in."
