Dreaming about our building: How can our space better serve our community?

For the last several months we have been dreaming about our building with architect Colin Smith. This generation at All Saints' has done a fantastic job maintaining our beautiful spaces. But after our successful Raise the Roof on the Clark Street Fund Capital Campaign we have some room to do some dreaming. Check out some of Colin's recent designs and join the conversation!

Potential elevator location.
This design locates an elevator at the end of the hallway leading to our worship space. This option includes the addition of a connecting hallway that brings you right into Brewster Hall (the large hall on the 2nd floor).

This design is the same as the one above, but does not include a second floor connector. The user would instead walk down the hallway where our Godly Play rooms are located into the Bramhall Room (the carpeted room on the first floor).

Potential re-design of the Clark Street Vestibule entrance.
This is a "scaled-back" version of the design we saw at the Annual Meeting. It is simpler, but maintains visibility from the street.

Stories from our Community

"Two years ago I went to my first Agape meal with my son, who was five at the time.  To my surprise, when it was time to pass the peace during the service, he greeted those near by, and then proceeded to greet others around the room, adults and children, known and unknown.  I realized then that my faith community here at All Saints', was also his community."
