Volunteers provide care to our youngest members during the 10:00 a.m. service on Sundays.

Godly Play is spoken here during the 10:00 worship service
for children ages 3-14. Godly Play is a multi-sensory approach to
telling Bible stories with three-dimensional materials. In an
environment of reverence and awe, children are encouraged to
experience and explore the mystery of Gods presence as they
encounter Gods word. Each Bible story is followed by a series
of wondering questions which allow children to enter into
the story by connecting biblical narrative with personal
experience. The children then respond on an individual basis by
working with art materials or by retelling the story themselves.
Children join their parents for communion each Sunday. |

Our volunteer teachers are trained by Co-Rector and Godly
Play Teacher Trainer, the
Rev. Cheryl V. Minor. In addition a number of them have become
Accredited Godly Play
Teachers by attending an 18 hour training event. All Saints' has
been designated a Godly Play Center of
Excellence by the Godly Play Foundation.
We are known throughout the region for our beautiful classrooms and often host visitors and
training events. |
